I was born in Windsor and I’m a proud member of the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation.

For years, I learned to move through education, technology and corporate systems without someone who looked like me in the room — or an auntie beside me explaining the rules nobody says out loud.

A place for the questions people are often afraid to ask — and the honest answer an auntie would give across the table.

What began as career lessons and personal reflections has become a community exploring leadership, identity, belonging and authenticity.

TRUST

Trust is at the basis of the work we do. Every auntie conversation, mentroship session, or workshop, is an opportunity to prove we’re worth confiding in, and to encourage authenticity and vulnerability in our spaces.

RECIPROCITY & COMMUNITY

We prioritize lasting relationships over transactional services, because no one grows in isolation. Real progress happens in connection — through shared stories, honest conversations, and a community that shows up for each other. And we give back as much as we receive, showing up for those who supported us and making space for those coming up behind us, so the community keeps growing stronger together.
